Hotel Policies

  • Check-In time is anytime after 4p (Early check-in requests cannot be guaranteed)
  • Check-Out time is 11a
  • This property considers guests aged 12 and under, at time of travel, to be children. Children stay free in the same room as a paying adult when using existing bedding. You must advise Front Desk at check-in of the exact number of adults & children

  • Payment Policies, Deposit Information

  • A valid credit card must be presented at check-in
  • A valid credit card is also required to secure your reservation. The hotel will authorize the credit card the day of arrival. If we are unable to secure authorization on the credit card, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation at any time
  • You may pay by credit card, cash, or travelers cheques

  • Cancellation Policies

  • Cancellaton policy: 48 hours prior to arrival date
  • Please record the cancellation number you will be given for your own records

  • Currency

  • All rates are confirmed and will be charged in US Dollars

  • Extra Guests

  • All rates are based on single or double occupancy
  • An additional charge of $5 per night will apply for each additional guest above double occupancy

  • Pet Policy

  • Limited dog friendly rooms are available, please call hotel directly to book
  • If a pet room is unavailable, reservation is void
  • There is a one-time, $25 fee for guests with a dog
  • Dogs are not to remain in room if guest leaves the property
  • Non-Compliance of all rules may result in up to a $500 fine and immediate removal from property
